Product Introduction
GFRC:
simple, easy-to-handle environmentally friendly material.
It is made by recyclable materials (stone, ceramics and glass),
coupled with cement, aggregate, sand, water, glass fiber
and mixed pigments.
Therefore the product is completely non-toxic & material would not be burnt during the manufacturing process, which can be used safely.
Manufacturing process:
Different molds are used to produce any shape of products on customers’ requests.
1. The material is mixed manually and being put in the molds;
2. Spraying product surface;
3. Color can be mixed with the structure of materials together in
process (built-in color);
4. Can be done on the finished product for any paint treatment and
effect (painting);
5. The finished product is being shaped during the curing process,
which takes 7 to 28 days, followed by shipping ex-factory.
